Amazing how dark it was this evening, gone are our light evenings of weeding our garden but we are now enjoying the fruits of our labour at last!

Herbal Medicine Awareness Week
The National Institute of Medical Herbalists are holding a national awareness week from 18-26th June.
I will be at Ceres Health Foods on Friday 24th June for a talk on the Herbalists Art, an Ointment making demonstration and free 10 minute consultations.

West Sussex Herb Group May ’11
It was lovely to see how much our plants had grown since our first real planting session last time.
We were also faced with an interesting array of weeds, some of them treasures that we decided to keep – Soapwort and Poppy mainly, no thanks to the Dungweed and Rape!
