Hello Mrs Hughes,
I came across your website looking for herbal group around here. I live in Rustington and was wondering if you would have another meeting soon. I just want to meet people who share interest in herbal medicine.
Many thanks,
Sonya

Sounds yummy. How nice it must be to able to walk out and wildcraft herbs. I'm in the desert and we do have some herbs but not the wonderful green leafy and flowery type. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Karen, Clinical Herbalist

Wow....how wonderful to revive the tradition of herbal treatments. What a blessing for this village. It sounds like it will revive the whole area. Yeah for Medicinal Herbs and the knowledge to use them! Karen, Clinical Herbalist

Thank you for a very enjoyable, informative and inspiring day - I won't look at a plain old hedgerow in quite the same way again :-) It was great to be able to bring home so many bottles and jars full of useful (and delicious) things. The elderberry and rosehip syrup smells and tastes delicious and certainly seems to have fended off a cold when taken at the first sign of some snuffles appearing. The plantain cream also turned out well, it's almost mousse like in consistency. I'm really looking forward to coming along to the herb workshop on the 18th. Thanks again Andrea for a fab day.
