    Hi Andrea are we still meeting at Culberry on Saturday forhypericum tincture making? I hadnt heard yet so wonder if still going ahead. And if so what time to meet. Thank yoy Lyn x

Acid Reflux
I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia, and on another endoscopy , they found a pool of bile in the stomach. Both endoscopes were due to symptoms of pain, discomfort and reflux . A less painful Winter
I am looking forward to a less painful winter this year thanks to you and can’t thank-you enough from the bottom of my heart for making me feel so well and feeling life is worth living after all.
