A little feedback from a lovely day at Culberry Herb Nursery in Angmering, West Sussex. The Nursery has a lovely Apothecary Garden and sells many medicinal herbs for you to grow in your own gardens…

A highly informative and inspiring day in the potting shed!

Great to have the opportunity for hands on experience with a lovely bag of useful creations to bring home. Great to have the notes to refer back to and the recipes to practice with and develop our skills. Really look forward to building on this at a future workshop.

High Blood Pressure
Andrea was recommended to me by a friend. I saw her in relation to my high blood pressure, which had been pointed out by the hospital, as they were dealing with my collapsed lung. Needless to say they wanted to deal with the problem with drugs and more drugs. Andrea was a revelation, my blood pressure has reduced to healthy levels and has remained there after a very short time. I now don’t need to take anything. Thanks Andrea.

No to Statins
I am so pleased I was introduced to Andrea Hughes as my Doctor prescribed Statins and I had bad side effects in the liver. Since seeing Andrea and taking the Herbs my cholesterol levels have gone down considerably with no side effects.
