We’ll begin the day together online from the comfort of your home with a gentle, informative webinar exploring:

• The energetics of summer & the element of fire
• Herbs associated with the nervous system and circulatory systems
• Herbal medicine making foundations
• Nervous system support, joy, balance & gentle nourishment

🌸 We will also be joined by special guest speaker Sophia Shine of Flower Shine Remedies, sharing her wisdom and insights into flower essences and plant connection.

🌿 Part 2: Practical Session (Only In Person)

🕙 1pm–4pm practical, hands-on experience

After the webinar, we’ll meet in the herb garden for the practical, hands-on experience of connecting with the plants and creating our herbal medicines together.

We’ll spend time with the herbs learning their medicinal uses, ethical harvesting practices, and how to work with them safely and intuitively. Some of the herbs:

🌼 Calendula

🌿 Lemon Balm

☀️ St John’s Wort

Together you will create and take home:

✨ A solar infused herbal oil

✨ A herbal tincture

✨ A glycerite (alcohol-free extract)

✨ A flower essence

This is a slow, intentional and immersive day, designed not only to teach practical skills, but to deepen your relationship with medicinal plants and seasonal living.

Andrea has helped me change my life. I was diagnosed with IBS by the doctor and left for four years on tables that didn’t work. Also I had a fungal infection on one toe nail which the GP couldn’t help with either.
