A Summer Herbal Medicine Workshop Saturday 4th July 2026

Join me for a beautiful summer day of herbal wisdom, plant connection, and hands-on medicine making as we work with the radiant herbs of summer and the element of fire.

This workshop will unfold in 2 parts:

✨ Part One : Morning Online Event

🕙 10am–11.30am (Zoom)

We’ll begin the day together online from the comfort of your home with a gentle, informative webinar exploring:

🔥 The energetics of summer & the element of fire

🌞 Herbs associated with the nervous system and circulatory systems

🌿 Herbal medicine making foundations

💛 Nervous system support, joy, balance & gentle nourishment

🌸 We will also be joined by special guest speaker Sophia Shine of Flower Shine Remedies, sharing her wisdom and insights into flower essences and plant connection.

You’ll receive slides and a PDF workbook to support your learning and future practice.

✨ Part Two: Herb Garden Gathering and Medicine Making 1pm-4pm

After the webinar, we’ll meet in the herb garden for the practical, hands-on experience of connecting with the plants and creating our herbal medicines together.

We’ll spend time with the herbs including

🌼 Calendula

🌿 Lemon Balm

☀️ St John’s Wort

Learning their medicinal uses, ethical harvesting practices, and how to work with them safely and intuitively.

Together you will create and take home:

✨ A solar infused herbal oil

✨ A herbal tincture

✨ A glycerite (alcohol-free extract)

✨ A flower essence

This is a slow, intentional and immersive day, designed not only to teach practical skills, but to deepen your relationship with medicinal plants and seasonal living.

I am so pleased I was introduced to Andrea Hughes as my Doctor prescribed Statins and I had bad side effects in the liver.
